My journey with Malt was a masterclass in corporate disrespect and a recurring case study in unprofessionalism. Following a history of past ghosting by the company, I approached this new process with cautious optimism, only to be met with a blatant disregard for basic courtesy; on the day of my scheduled interview, the recruiter, NG, simply failed to appear—no notification, no apology, and a total "no-show" that wasted my time and highlighted a chaotic internal culture. Throughout our subsequent interactions, the company maintained an aggressive lack of transparency regarding the salary range, hiding behind a veil of "confidentiality" that clearly serves to mask a junior-level budget for a senior-level role. Despite being directly assured during the interview that there were no concerns or doubts regarding my candidacy, I received a generic, automated rejection email at the very final hour of a Friday afternoon—a classic, cowardly tactic used to avoid accountability and prevent any meaningful feedback. For a platform that supposedly champions the freelance professional, their own treatment of candidates is ironically cold, opaque, and profoundly unprofessional

Processus de recrutement fluide et bien structuré, avec des interlocuteurs véritablement à l'écoute et disponibles à chaque étape. Ce qui m'a particulièrement apprécié, c'est la rapidité du process.
