Very well defined Job Description, good and open communication starting with the first people I have interacted with.
All interviews were professional and planned well, according to all parties agendas.
During the interviews I was treated with respect and Mambu people answered all my questions and provided me with a correct setup so that I was able to perform to the best of my abilities.

Several interviews (HR, peer manager and hiring manager) and the last one was focused on preparing and presenting a solution for a predefined theoretical situation.
Each of the interview was between 30 mins to 1 hour.

Entrevista
There were two main interviews: a case assignment in which the applicant had to present his solution to a certain scenario (received a few days before) and a second discussion with the hiring manager and HR, focused on management and leadership skills.
