I had a phone interview with one person followed by an in person interview a few days later with 3 employees. The phone interview was the usual background questions such as “How did you get into sales?”

First a phone briefing on why Q, background, why you would be a good fit for the role, and for me specifically why sales. Once phone screened, there will be an in-person interview with 3 separate people. One last mock call with Director of Sales. (make sure to ask him questions).
