Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Management Controls (Houston, TX).
Entrevista
It was a simple 3 step process. Short phone screening with HR, interview with the manager and a practice sales pitch. The third interview was the most difficult as I had to create the sales pitch myself from scratch.

Good, met with owner and president. Both genuinely were interested in what value I could offer the company. I had 3 total interviews and each person was warm and asked good questions.

The initial interview was fine and the following 2 interviews were great. The people I interviewed with seemed like they wanted you to succeed and get a job.
The final interview with hiring manager was awful.
I told hiring manager that I would need to work remote, given my circumstances. Job description allowed for that position to be fully remote. He continued grinding on it for the rest of the interview and why I couldn’t commute.(Which was a Red Flag 🚩) If he’s gonna grind on something that should be of no problem and is in job description, imagine his behavior if you made a mistake at work. Seemed like the place is micromanaged.
Hiring manager also turned off his camera few times during interview so he could eat.
There was also another guy who was there and together they were trying to stare me down the entire interview.
