It was okay -- Although it was a pretty long process (5 interviews are crazy!!), and they had some inattentive interviewers who did not seem like they were even listening to my answers.

What professional achievement are you most proud of

Entrevista
The HR manager conducted a phone screen and was very pleasant. We discussed salary fairly immediately and my modest nonprofit salary was way above what they were willing to pay. Nonetheless, I proceeded with the interview because I believed in the mission of the organization.
I next spoke with the hiring manager and I thought to myself "wow, she would be awesome to work for!" - I was given a timed assessment which was writing emails and distilling information. I guess I failed because after that they said they "wanted to go in a different direction." I asked for feedback and they refused.
The whole thing made me sad. I hope they find the person they're looking for.
