A typical phone screen Panel interview with three current staff doing a similar role. I would highly recommend that they work on the panel interview skills. They had a young man leading the call that was clearly uncomfortable and when I asked for clarity he stumbled around looking like he was unprepared to be doing the interview. I would recommend looking at your current staff and training them to be confident in public speaking. It was clear this wasn't the fit for me due to the lack of preparation. Another panelist yawned several times indicating the needed a refresh. At the time of this feedback, I haven't heard back.
