The interview process was too long, arduous, and some of the facility's executive stake holders were non communicative and non committal with an air of condescension. The facility's employees were great. The are receiving, yet cautiously optimistic and you could tell they really wanted to have a great leader and quickly. I truly feel bad for them to be left in a state of flux for so long.
