Had a strange experience with Manduka's sales team. Did three interviews, then radio silence. Interviewers rushed through traditional questions, stressed a "work hard, play hard" vibe, and hinted at lots of leadership changes. Last interview felt extremely rushed and was a generally uncomfortable experience. They wanted me to ask them most of the questions and mentioned they were just "checking me out" as a favor for their friend. Odd and disappointing experience. Shows they clearly don't respect candidates' time/effort. If this is their culture, I'm deeply grateful it didn't work out.
