Entrevista
Very welcoming and easygoing during the interview. The manager let me do all the talk and asked questions when needed, good experience overall. She was very interested in what I had to say and why i wanted to work there.
The interview was with the assistant manager, very informal and lasted less than 10 minutes. The questions were along the lines of asking your availability and if you had any other commitments, what kind of experience you have etc.

What does excellent customer service mean to you?
It was straightforward and she told me about the role. I told her about my experience and she was kind. I really had a good experience with the manager. I’m excited to start my new job.
