Entrevista
It was a group interview, it was me and other 5 candidates. We had to complete a paper exercise where we had to put in order some tasks based on our priorities. Then, we had to work as a team to put the same tasks but everyone had to agree to the chosen order.
After that, we had to make a short presentation of a clothing item to the interviewers.

There were no particular questions beside basic ones like where do I live, how much do I want to work and if I have a booked holiday.
De sollicitatieprocedure verliep duidelijk en goed georganiseerd. De communicatie was tijdig, vriendelijk en professioneel. Ik voelde mij gedurende het hele proces goed geïnformeerd en begeleid. De verwachtingen en vervolgstappen werden helder uitgelegd. Een zeer prettige ervaring.

De belangrijkste vraag die gesteld werd ging over mijn motivatie voor de functie en waarom ik juist bij deze organisatie wil werken. Daarnaast werd er gevraagd naar mijn relevante ervaring en hoe deze aansluit bij de functie. Ook werd mijn manier van werken en samenwerken besproken.
Mantuve una entrevista individual con los responsables del área, donde evaluamos en detalle mi trayectoria previa, mis competencias técnicas y mi capacidad de adaptación a los objetivos estratégicos de Mango.
