Honestly, the AI assessment round wasn’t a great experience. With over a decade of product experience, I found it inappropriate to be judged solely through cognitive and AI-driven assessments without a human interaction layer.
Moreover, I never received any feedback post-assessment, which reinforces the inefficacy of such impersonal processes.

The initial online assessment was quick and relevant to the role. However, like many other early-stage assessments, I didn’t receive any follow-up or feedback. It’s disheartening when companies invite candidates to assessments and then go silent.

Entrevista
It was very deceptive. They gave me an assessment for an 'industrially recognized certificate' that would help me get opportunities in the industry. The test was fairly simple: general open-ended questions. Now, this is where things get a little dubious. Once I submitted the test, I got a message from the Vice President that my application was declined, meaning there was no 'certificate' to begin with. It was a way of luring people to take the assessment. Proceed with caution.
