30 minute phone call 3 hour in person interview (including a case study) Team drinks/coffee The interview process was incredibly time consuming with one portion taking 3 hours, the three hours ended with an informal offer being made and a request to attend an informal team drinks/coffee While most people I met through the process were lovely, a few let Manifesto down in the way they conducted themselves and provided feedback.

Interview process was poorly handled throughout. Two stages, telephone interview with Ops and then a final round at their office with a presentation, interview, and walk around the block with two more junior members of the team. The ops person's communication was poor throughout the process, from organising a date for the interview to giving feedback after informing they were going with someone else. Asked for feedback on my performance and none was forthcoming despite reminder emails sent. Poor form considering I had done a presentation and multiple interviews. Gave a pretty poor impression of the company and I'd consider it a bullet dodged.
