I was sent to an online site to send them all my information, then asked for a dumped list of skills. I listed a good 10 years worth of experience. The next page said "Sorry you are not qualified enough" as an automatic answer and gave me no further direction. I have a feeling the HR process is a scam to collect personal information, because the requirements for this position were incredibly low -- or they need a developer just FOR this application. What a waste of time..

First you had a phone interview, then an in person interview, then you had to pass a bunch of skill tests and if you passed, then they would get back to you and discuss when you would meet etc...Your in person meeting was with more than 1 person so it was a little intimidating.
