1 interview with Mantel, then 1 interview with the customer. I think it depends on the client if they want to interview the consultant. The interview with Mantel was good. I sent one of my GitHub projects and we discussed it during the interview. Only one interview! That is how it should be.

Take home assessement - Impatient to hear out your responses
They didn't even look at the assessment (I could verify this as there were no unique views or pulls from my github project but they blatantly lied that they viewed my project)
The tech lead had this inferiority complex interviewing me as I had more experience and a thorough coverage of the tech assessment that I carried out and ended up cutting me short while explaining.
They went quiet after the interview and got ghosted.
Thankfully understood their culture and red flags prior
