The interview process was very swift with Sofia contacting me on the Friday and arranging an interview for the Tuesday. I had two interviews, one of the interviews was with two senior account managers which lasted 30 minutes. The second interview was held by the CEO of Mantell Associates and the Internal Recruitment Manager. All the staff involved with the interviews were amazing and made me feel at ease every step of the way.
