Very straight forward interview. complete a short computer simulation to make sure you get the idea of how call centre customer service works. basic computer skills needed. interview basically went over my experience and asked about past examples of dealing with difficult customers, how you helped customers and problem solving,

Entrevista
It was more of a 5 minute meet with my potential new manager. She discussed the job title, that there may be a raining period in a different province but no real benefits were discussed. Then I heard from my current manager (after inquiring about the position) that I had actually been selected.
Other oetsitions were much more well managed, informative and followed up upon by the manager for each department.
Interviews were individual, panel interview with 2-3 managers or a Skype interview.

A panel interview with 2 ladies. Nice people asked only about past experience related to the job. Felt really comfortable. Good experience.
