This was an interview for an internship/co-op position at my post-secondary school. Two interviews from Manulife came to campus to perform a regular interview - No technical questions, but rather, to gauge your personality (seeking a problem-solving oriented individual who can take the initiative to attempt problems before asking for help).

Interviewed first with HR, then involved team leads who gave more details about the position and surprised me with a quick technical exam, then the department head. All online and went smoothly. Took about 3-4 weeks from application to job offer

How are you going to work on something that is newly established, ie no one else can guide you through?

Three rounds of interviews with your (potential) senior mentor.
First round was asking your background and education, why you want to apply for this position. A task was set due to present in a few days.
Second round was about your topic with slides and presentation. The interviewer would leave comments and ask questions regarding it.
Third round was about job title and basic salary (not including bonus), promotion opportunities, duties to cover etc. Offer was almost certain at that time.

Entrevista
It was a nice experience. The HR picked me from the front door at the appointed time. We had a smooth conversation on my past skills and future career planning.
