Online application with resume and cover letter is the main screening. Then there are 2 rounds of digital interviews in conversational format. First round is with HR/team lead, then senior leaders. Process is very quick and efficient. I got a decision in 2 weeks.

Around 30 mins online interview with one round only. you may get the offer in one day. No rush at all while you interviewing with vp or Senior director. And no online accessments at all , very easy
