The interview was almost 1 hour. start with self introduction, jump into digging cv experience, not very detailed. Then introduce you the company and the role. Such as the duty, their expectation. then Ask some regular behavioral questions
Although it was advertised as a management trainee role, during the interview it became clear from the interviewer’s comments that it was actually a job selling insurance. The interviewer was very arrogant and seemed to look down on students without a business background.

Entrevista
You need to pass the CV round, then in round 2 you will be tested on your ability including IQ, T/F/NG, reading. Round 3 will be a direct interview with HR, director, 1 person from last year's program. Everyone is very comfortable and friendly. Wish you a successful interview
