Before the technical interview, the candidate suddenly received an email informing them that the interview had been changed from online to in-person, which was an unnecessary hassle for the applicant. 3. During the technical interview, the interviewer did not allow the candidate to fully present the entire solution, showing a lack of respect for the candidate’s work. 4. After the interview, inquiries about the interview results went unanswered, demonstrating unprofessionalism and discourtesy on the part of the company's HR. 5. Based on the interview, it became clear that their work on data modeling was relatively simple. It's puzzling where their arrogance comes from. 6. Overall, the HK Advanced Analytics team of this company comes across as arrogant, disrespectful to candidates, and overly self-important. There is even a suspicion of exploiting candidates for their ideas. This was an extremely disappointing interview experience.
