The process took 2 weeks. First step: EXAM ( logic test, business letter, math, english and typing test). If you passed the test you will be having a scheduled interview with the hr. If not they will tell you to apply again after 6 months. In my case I passed the test and got through with the initial and final interview. Then after 1 week I received a call regarding the job offer.

Came by as a walk in applicant, had several tests which include basic aptitude, writing comprehension, reading comprehension, and math comprehension. I passed the test but was not interviewed because there were no openings, and was put on "Active File".
