The entire process from start to end was extremely smooth and convenient. Ashley from the Marketing team had spoken very highly of the company and hence why I applied for the role.
A huge thank you to Kelly from the People team, who guided me and kept me up to date throughout the process. This helped me to feel confident in my interviews and shine through with my best self. The interviews were all timely and with members of my team - which was lovely to see, as I was able to understand the culture of the company and the team first hand.
I am grateful to Kelly for expediting my final interview due to a personal request and circumstance, and thoroughly thrilled to have been offered the role.

There were 3 stages - all on Zoom. Stage 1: screening, standard competency interview questions. Stage 2: competency interview with managers (more detailed). Stage 3: complex interview with second level manager and SLT member. Overall, really good recruitment process. Kelly is very nice and welcoming. It feels very personable. Couldn't have asked for any better!

Entrevista
Really straightforward process. I first spotted the role on LinkedIn and decided to apply. My first chat was with Kelly from the People team. She was friendly, welcoming, and immediately sold me on the role after explaining why the role was needed, the path the company is on and what the culture is like, especially around inclusion.
After that, I went through a two-stage interview process with the hiring manager and a few team managers. There was a small task to complete, designed to show how I approach problems and think through my work.
The interviews were full of thoughtful questions that gave me space to demonstrate my passion for the role and my experience in CRM. I also had plenty of opportunity to ask my own questions to make sure ManyPets was the right fit for me.
Kelly kept me updates throughout the process, first by phone and gathered my feedback after every stage, and then followed up on email to confirm the next steps.
Overall, it was a very human experience that never felt scripted or forced, the questions and process was tailored to the role, and myself to ensure I felt comfortable throughout.
