As the management are all based in the US so it was mainly over the phone , they contacted me through LinkedIn. I had a call with a someone who was based in the UK. he referred me. the HR contacted me for a phone interview, than they set up a call with the VP inside sales who is based in the US. I also had a call with the Sales Director for France , because I was going to cover the South Europe region.

Received a call from the recruiter and we talked through my background to see if I met the basic qualifications. Week later I was invited for face to face interviews. Seems like a good company and I enjoyed my conversations but things took a long time and I received another offer that I felt good about.
