Very lenghty! First, I have to get their pre-grammar assessment (I was embarrassed since I'm not really good at it). Second, I was interviewed by one of the staff for 30 minutes. Third, another interview with their main HR for 1 hour and 30 minutes, Jeez! Both were very unprofessional. They wouldn't let me finish my sentence, and then I was about to lose my patience. I can't bear talking with people without any idea what they are looking for. Fourth, there's another interview with the principal, so I have to wait for more days. Fifth, there's demonstration. No visuals or PPT. Toys/manipulatives must be shouldered by your own expense for your demo. I even looked so good in my outfit during the interview. No one will think I am applying and not to brag, but I literally look like the owner.  But then, their salary range is at 18k? Thanks for ruining my day. I have to commute in a very busy city with terrible traffic and then just 18k? Next time, be true to what you are posting. 25-30k huh?!

It wasn't as nerve-wracking as I thought it would be. We mostly talked about my previous experiences and my passion for teaching. It was also really casual, but of course, in a professional sense.
