The hiring process was a bit challenging and tedious because of the authentication of documents process that we had to do. The Chinese government required that all our educational degrees and and police records have to be authenticated as attestation of their authenticity and validity as a requirement for obtaining a work permit and by extension a Chinese Z visa.

Entrevista
There were 3 interviews - one by phone with HQ and two in-person on campus. I spoke with the recruiter and then met with a director and the principal. I brought my resume, lesson plans, and some teaching props.
