A call with the hiring manager which was pleasant and informal, asking some competency based questions on my experiences, followed by some conversational discussion of data tooling. Take home test to present back a recent project - little guidance offered but I guess they want to see how you will approach such an open ended task. This take home took time to prepare for an audience who may not have context to your projects so it was disappointing to get a rejection after this with no feedback after having invested time into the interview process, this is not acceptable to do to applicants once they are in the final stages of your process - do better.
