Long interviews, two rounds, both interviews went well and then never heard back, talked to two members of the team. It is clear the team is very small and they needed help immediately.

asked questions leaning more towards creativity and less technical
I had an initial interview over Zoom with basic questions regarding my background & experience. Standard affair.
Then I was asked to complete an assignment that I was asked to present in-person at the second interview.
The assignment was paid (although poorly considering the hours of work required) but it was lengthy. Longer than any other interview assignment I’ve ever had to complete. I was told that the assignment was what one could expect in a standard week on the job. So I was severely underpaid for ~40 hours of work that I had to push out in a weekend.
The second interview and presentation was fine, and everyone was friendly enough. However, after that interview and all of the work I completed, they ghosted me.
Very unprofessional, particularly for a brand that touts such a “woke” ethos.

Entrevista
Had a video call scheduled with the store manager.It was a decent interview until about 15 minutes in the connection goes out for her.
No big deal, we can finish on the phone, right? Instead of just calling me on the phone and finishing the interview that way I get an email that says we will have to postpone , her internet went out and sorry for the inconvenience.
What??
I offered to talk on the phone and she never said anything. Then I didn’t hear anything back which was incredibly rude. Not a recommended experience, seems like they hire inexperienced naive individuals who lack common sense…
