Entrevista
I met with the company at a career fair and they gave me a next day interview on the spot. I had a straight-forward interview in which they called me 2 weeks later to offer me a co-op in Canton, Ohio at the refinery there. Overall an easy process and relatively painless.
This was interview was about 20-30 minutes. They asked why I was interested in the company and a few behavioral questions. After, they asked if I had any questions for them.

Entrevista
I met the recruiter at a job fair and was offered an interview the following day. It was a 30 minute interview with two recruiters. They asked questions backed and forth and I was given time towards the end to ask questions. It was very conversational. I really enjoyed interviewing with them.

Entrevista
Spoke to them at the career fair and got an interview couple days later. Asked behavioral type questions and also one technical question. Pretty easy interview, just be yourself. I got an offer but I have to skip a semester of school. My friend did this Co-Op before me and he has gotten interviews with HUGE companies after Marathon was on his resume.
