I interviewed with Andevor but they were merging with Marathon Petroleum. The coversation flowed very well and they were both nice. At the end I got to ask them some questions as well. They called me 3 weeks later to offer me a position.
Good, just one interview with the hiring manager and who I would be working with. Very kind and professional people, and made me feel at ease during the interview. Received a call back a couple days after.

The interview was conducted via Teams and included a variety of behavioral questions designed to assess my experiences and skills. I was interviewed by two individuals, and overall, it followed a fairly standard format typical of professional interviews.

Mostly consisted of behavioral questions and a pretty easy and laid back experience. Little to no technical questions as recruiter just wants to know how you work in a team setting as well as at an individual level.
