I applied through my school's career website and was contacted within a few days by email. A time was scheduled for an initial interview on-campus. There were two finance managers and one HR representative. All behavioral questions with nothing too out of the ordinary. "Why Marathon" was the only questions that received recognizably more focus. On-site final round interview was a series of four, one-hour interviews. All behavioral interviews with the different divisions of Marathon's finance department. It was a pleasant experience. Only one member tried to fluster me with rapid questions, but it wasn't too hard to handle.
