you have to take a test and score a 80% or better to be employed you must be 18+ to work their you go through two interviews one with the store management and then one with the district manager

They build their questions off of what you say when they say, " so tell me a little about yourself" you'll say I'm going to school for business management and they will ask what do you see yourself doing with that degree.

I went into the store and filled out an application. The manager interviewed me on the spot and I came in the next morning to take the partnering Family Video iq test. I passed and started working the next day.
