Brief and easy, no technical questions, basic seeing if you fit the part questions, Basically you come in they ask you why CRE, ask you why real estate over another sector, they describe the training program they put you through, which basically gets you used to cold calls and sales, most of the training is a waste of time, current event presentations, etc. The training felt more like a freshman year seminar. Some people at the firm make a lot of money, some people work there for 2 years and don't make a dime, it is a commission position, they make you buy your own computer. Simply put they hire 30 kids fresh out of college every September make them make 100+ cold calls a day, after a year 5-10 people will stay at the company because they made money for the firm, the senior broker, then they receive a small split of the commission fee they generated. I would not recommend this firm.
