I think you just have to show you have charisma or some interest and they give you the job also previous experience helps but learning it is super easy mostly memory

It was my first job ever, and I went through 2 rounds. They were both behavioral and asked about work style and teamwork. Both were in person. I got the job immediately after the second interview.
