phone screen was straight forward review of resume and see if skills matched face to face was oriented to interface with sales staff and ability to change plans quickly interviewer got into family aspect of operation and introduced staff, toured the facility. I felt very good about the job but the offer was lower than I anticipated. I would have stayed longer but better paying position came along
