Got pretty much an immediate email from one of the partners there, wanting me to call them ASAP. So I called, and it was like a 20 minute phone interview that seemed to go pretty well. Then I was told the next step was for me to come in and meet with the other partner in a week or two, and that they would be working around the March Madness schedule. Weeks passed, nothing. I sent a couple emails following up just to check in letting him know I was available any time to come in. No reply to either email. Found the lack of reply after the initial immediate interest very unprofessional.
