I had a very great experience interviewing at MarketCast. The interview process consisted of 1 phone interview with Jenna, who is amazing. 2 in-office interviews (4 total interviews) and 1 assignment. The entire staff for F&C were amazing, nice and really knew their craft. I unfortunately declined the offer because I felt I couldn't contribute at a high level immediately due to my lack of custom design experience in PowerPoint. I would highly recommend MarketCast and especially this department.
