〰️ Quick recruiter screen → three-part “free consulting” case study → 15min “chat” with a shareholder who left video off, offered zero greeting, and stared at a blank screen.
〰️ He asked exactly two boilerplate questions (“Why this role?” / “How would you grow the brand?”), ignored my work, refused follow-ups, and wrapped in 15 minutes.
〰️ The mismatch between their public people-centric branding and the dismissive, camera-off reality screamed red flags about culture, respect, and integrity. It felt like they mined ideas for free, not like they evaluated leadership talent.

Entrevista
I had a very poor experience with the interview process at this company. It began with an application that included additional questions—some of which didn’t seem relevant to the role, but I assumed they were trying to assess broader skills. After submitting my application, I was asked to record and send a video introduction, which I did.
Shortly after, I received an invitation for an interview, along with a task to develop a full marketing strategy and launch plan for a new product. I did it, however, I never received any feedback or even an acknowledgment.
And on the day of the scheduled interview, no one just showed up.
I followed up by email but received no reply. A few days later, the meeting was quietly canceled in my calendar—again, with no explanation, feedback, or apology.
I fully understand that companies may choose not to move forward with candidates at any stage—just as candidates have the same right. However, disappearing without a word, especially after asking for significant unpaid work, is both unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time and effort.

Entrevista
I’m incredibly disappointed with the interview process at this company. I was asked to film videos and complete a case study—which took over 15 hours—before finally securing a personal interview. However, the HR manager forgot about our scheduled meeting, requiring me to reschedule.
I later discovered that only HR had reviewed my submissions, not the marketing manager or CEO. In total, I dedicated more than 20 hours to this application process, including waking up at unsociable hours for interviews. Despite all this effort, I haven’t received any updates since my interview with HR two weeks ago.
I’ve followed up multiple times, yet there has been no response regarding my application’s status. After investing so much time and effort, the lack of communication is beyond disappointing.
