Given the recency of this post and the fact that MMA is proud to employ one of the most gifted recruiters in the industry, this review took us by surprise, so we took a closer look at what took place. This candidate met the basic requirements of the role, and we had a sincere interest; however, we very clearly communicated that we were not hiring at their preferred location. There was no promise of an offer and no ghosting.
