Introductory interview was fairly painless. I didn't get the idea that the conductor was well versed on my background in advance. Had to take a 30 minute assessment before going to the next round. Seemed like an investment for a preliminary screening.

I really had high hopes for this company but they disappointed me so much. I interviewed with the recruiter, the lead designer, a web designer, the Vice President of marketing, and the CMO. All my conversations with them were pretty good and I received a lot of positive feedback. During the final stages I was reached out by the CMO via Zoom and she said that they have chosen another candidate for the job but because they loved my designs so much they want to keep me on as a contract designer. I was happy about that and she told me that they would reach out. After that I only received one email from them confirming my hours and rate. Never heard back from them ever again even after multiple follow up emails to the recruiter and the CMO. They treated the situation very badly and it was overall very rude.
