The process was more involved than other jobs. National production so stakes are high, personally didn't mind the intense process. Interview consisted of 30 minute phone interview, followed by a long weekend assignment, followed by an in person all-day interview with Sr. Producer, host, 2 producers, and digital producer. Good experience despite, no offer.
