It was a good interview, with lots of discussion surrounding how the classrooms work as well as the student needs. There wasn't much talk about the pay, and I had to push in order to get clear answers about that.

The first interview was with a recruiter and the second was with the administrator. The questions were meaningful and easy if you take the time to prep and review the organization beforehand.
