I was took to an interview room and was asked to complete an activity where I had to sort out food items (strips of paper) into three 'stacks'. I was then given two scenarios, one was to either clean the shop floor or help unload a delivery and the second was to stay with a contractor (you're not allowed to leave them) or help a customer. I didn't pass this part of the interview.

A contractor is fixing some equipment on the shop floor and you're not allowed to leave them, a customer comes up to you and asks for help finding an item. There are no other staff in the store, what do you do?

Entrevista
The actual interview was quick and efficient. The deciding manager was absent that day but another manager took lead instead. Though staff were confused that there were interviews going on and took some time to meet the interviewer.
[Scenario based questions] I am covering a shift at the café, cleaning tables, I overhear people nearby complaining that they've been waiting 20 minutes for table service, what do you do?

Very relaxed. No formal interview questions which I’m not sure is a good thing. Might’ve been better to have more of a structure so we covered relevant experience and background.

I had a relaxed interview. The interviewer asked a few customer service related questions which were quite easy. He then enquired about my shift timings and my previous experience. The interviewer had a relaxed approach.
