One on one interview, with manager of the cafe. Questions and answers with role playing of various scenarios, including difficult situations. Lasted about one hour, also had to demonstrate what I knew about company.

Medium difficult with a 1:1 person interview which lasted about an hour as well as watching you clean tables and do a trial run throughout the cafe. Everybody was very friendly

Very good and efficent, a few questions over the phone. Then in person interview which lasted about 30 mins so was very good. Then a group interview which again lasted about 30 mins.
