Entrevista
Recruiter reach out to me and had discussion about company, products and founder. Recruiter setup a technical coding challenge interview with Senior Engineer. I was able to complete coding challenge quickly. Senior Engineer asked another couple of question and he was not able to communicate clearly what he is asking. I reach out to recruiter for feedback after two weeks then recruiter schedule another technical interview with Team Lead. This time question is related to object oriented design. Interviewer type the question in hacker rank and went in silent mode. I hear keyboard press sound from other end. It seems his focus was not on me. I feel like one way communication. I was trying to clarify the question and Interviewer was not answering my clarification. I was keep telling this is my approach. Does it sound good to you. Interviewer was silent. I have completed the question and explain my approach and told couple of different approach to implement as well. At the end, Interviewer ask. Do you have any question.
I asked what would be your approach to implement. Interviewer was not able to answer.
Interview is two way process. Interviewer should talk to candidate and clarify the question.
Interviewers should know what you want from candidate and how you let them perform their best.

2nd Phone Interview
three input line for credit card transaction and implement method for transaction such as charge against available balance, add amount in credit card balance.
Interviewer didnt tell me what he is expecting. I tried to design model class and implement the method for transaction type.

The interview process was well structured. Each and every step was outlined perfectly in the introduction and everything followed a definite timeline. I really appreciate the clarity and the standards they set during the initial stages of the interview.

Entrevista
Recruiter call, followed by a screen share coding round and a Hiring manager interview.( interviewers were really friendly and giving the pointers on the approach ).
Recruiter reached out to schedule 3 more rounds ( 2 behavioural 45 mins each ) and a system design ( screen share - Lucid chart ).
Overall process took 2.5 weeks and the recruiter gives immediate feedback after each round ( without wasting much time). It was a very smooth process.

Entrevista
I had a job interview with Marqeta, and after talking to the recruiter, I was invited to the next stage, which was an online coding test. I was asked to design an LRU cache, which I did completely and tested as well.
The next day, I received a rejection letter with reasons that were not convincing at all. I felt that the decisions were very subjective and not based on clear principles and rules.
I feel like I wasted my energy and time.
