The interview process is short and simple. For my department I had an interview with a manager from each shift and they each ask questions. The STAR method is best for handling these questions. They also love when you mention team work but have the ability to accomplish individual tasks just as efficient as team task.

I aoplied in September and didn't get a interview until November and my drug and background test came two weeks after. Took a very long time so I suggest you apply to multiple positions
