Prescreening by a corporate recruiter, followed by a structured behavior interviews with discipline leaders. Not the fastest recruitment company, but certainly not the slowest either. I guess it’s good as they take their time to hire the right person for the job.

Initial screening call, followed by multiple people giving Q&A in a behavioral style interview, which required STAR answers. STAR means (s)ituation, (t)ask, (a)ction, (r)esult. There was a recruiter involved for the initial screening, then I was passed over to the hiring manager.

They seem to priortize maintain good work culture and environment the most. I didn't get to see what working culture in back of house but it seems that they have problem with it? As they emphasize it in the interview.
