Operations manager and front office supervisor conducted the interview. Asked some questions regarding what I would do if x situations occurred. Asked about who I am and what I want in my future.Laid back, very nice. Opportunity to ask questions. It was a really relaxed interview process.

The interview process was short and only took a few days. I met with the AGM and they asked me about five questions. The questions were STAR based so make sure you have specific work/ school situations that you can describe

Couple of Zoom calls. The process was a conversation and I felt they valued that I was able to build a connection with the person. The process wasn't that formal so there is plenty of room for that.

A bit too long considering that it was for a NMW paid position. First, the applicant is asked to complete an online personality test, after there is a panel interview with the HOD and another management member.

Mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour and it was mainly the managers asking how i would react in certain scenarios, how to solve certain problems, explain scenarios where I demonstrated good customer service, team working and time management skills.
