Entrevista
I applied online and heard back within seven or so days. The interview was very simple, they just asked me general competency questions in conversation with the line manager. They didn't ask me anything particularly challenging or unconventional. They called me later the same day to offer me the job.

The interview process was short and only took a few days. I met with the AGM and they asked me about five questions. The questions were STAR based so make sure you have specific work/ school situations that you can describe

Couple of Zoom calls. The process was a conversation and I felt they valued that I was able to build a connection with the person. The process wasn't that formal so there is plenty of room for that.

Entrevista
A bit too long considering that it was for a NMW paid position. First, the applicant is asked to complete an online personality test, after there is a panel interview with the HOD and another management member.

Mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour and it was mainly the managers asking how i would react in certain scenarios, how to solve certain problems, explain scenarios where I demonstrated good customer service, team working and time management skills.
