I was interviewed by two people in the lounge area for about 45 minutes. Although I've never been interviewed by more than one person before, they made me feel comfortable. There were maybe ten questions and easy conversation involved.

situation type questions, how to handle angry people if they are waiting too long for check in, and if you have to handle a queue of people, how do you calm them down... priority questions, if there is a call and someone wants to check in how do you handle that situation.

Make sure you go in there prepared, and know what you want.
Also be prepared to answer some situational Qs on the spot.
It is not too initimidating as long as you are prepared and your resume matches what you have done!! ...you know, as long as you don't fake things lol

waited over 40 minutes for the interview, mean while. seen the interviewer chatting away at the front desk. the male interview seemed to look down on me very condescending after I told him I married my husband im also a male
