The questions were general not specific to the job and she asked about 4 of them. They were like: Name one time you were late to something how you handled it - Name one time you had a suggestion to change something for the better at work - Name one time you had to work with someone you did not care for - That was it. It took maybe 5minutes. She said they were still doing interviews and would let me know if I would go to the next phase of hiring. 2 days later I got an email saying they had other applicants that were a better fit and would not be calling me.
